1.Nature of the service

Nidhi Cloud, a product of Shronix Technology Private Limited, is delivered over the internet and accessed through a standard web browser. “Delivery” means the electronic provisioning and activation of your account and access to the platform.

2.How access is delivered

• Sign-up: after you complete sign-up and verify your email and WhatsApp number, we provision a dedicated database and your own subdomain in the form company.nidhi.cloud.
• Credentials: your login details and onboarding information are sent to your registered email address, with a confirmation on WhatsApp.
• Paid activation: when you subscribe to a paid plan, paid features are activated immediately upon successful payment.

3.Delivery timeline

• Free trial / account provisioning: typically within a few minutes of successful sign-up and verification.
• Paid subscription activation: instantly (usually within minutes) after the payment is confirmed by the payment gateway.
• In rare cases, provisioning or SSL issuance for your subdomain may take a little longer; if access is not available within a reasonable time, please contact support.

4.Access requirements

To use the Service you need a device with a modern web browser and a stable internet connection. No download or installation is required.

5.Delivery confirmation & issues

You will receive an email (and WhatsApp) confirmation once your account is ready and again upon successful payment. If you have completed sign-up or payment but have not received access or the confirmation message, please check your spam folder and then contact us so we can resolve it promptly.
