Nidhi Cloud is a software product only. Please read how our role is limited and what we are — and are not — responsible for.
Nidhi Cloud is a software-as-a-service product owned and operated by Shronix Technology Private Limited (CIN: U62090RJ2025PTC105362). We licence a record-keeping and management software tool to our customers. We do not carry on any banking, non-banking financial, deposit-taking, lending, investment, chit-fund or Nidhi business of any kind, and we hold no such licence or registration because we do not carry on any such business.
Every organisation that subscribes to Nidhi Cloud is a separate, independent legal entity that operates its own business under its own management, licences and responsibility. Shronix does not own, control, manage, supervise or participate in any customer’s business or in its dealings with its members, depositors or the public.
For technical convenience, a customer’s software may run on a subdomain of nidhi.cloud (for example, company.nidhi.cloud) or on infrastructure hosted by Shronix. This is a purely technical hosting arrangement. It does not mean that Shronix owns, endorses, guarantees, recommends or is affiliated with, or stands behind, that company or its financial obligations.
Shronix does not accept, hold, control or have access to any deposits, savings, instalments or funds of any customer’s members or of the public. All money is collected and held by the respective company through its own bank accounts. Nidhi Cloud only records the entries that the company and its staff enter.
If you are a member, depositor or customer of a company that uses Nidhi Cloud and you have a complaint about deposits, interest, returns, loans or services, please raise it directly with that company and, where appropriate, with the relevant regulatory or law-enforcement authority. Shronix is a software vendor and is not a party to those transactions, has not received your money, and cannot resolve disputes about a company’s business.
Shronix will cooperate with lawful directions from courts and competent authorities, including providing records stored on the Service where legally required. Such cooperation does not amount to any involvement in, or responsibility for, a customer’s business.
